The Line Of Duty is a Most Wanted mission in Batman: Arkham Knight. Unlocked after apprehending Poison Ivy, it serves as a counterpart to another mission called Gotham on Fire. The Rioters serve as the main villains. Batman was assigned by Aaron Cash that all the firefighters of Station 17 have been missing in Gotham.

“The Line of Duty” is a Most Wanted Side Mission in Batman Arkham Knight. You must find the locations of 15 firefighters and rescue them. Completing this mission unlocks the “Death of Innocents” trophy / achievement.

Play through the main story to get access to all of their locations. Some of them aren’t available until much later in the game. After rescuing the last firefighter you must free the captain and bring him back to GCPD to finish the quest.

• Line of Duty: Before you can rescue the Chief, you must first save the last fireman on Founder's Island. He always spawns in the same place, in the sublevel section near Killinger's and (looking upward) an oversize manhole cover. The entrance is above the Cuff's storefront and is accessible by ripping the sheathing off with the Batmobile's winch.
• Batman: Arkham Knight is absolutely stacked with so many side missions in the game that it can be easy to lose count of them while playing. One of the first you will come across in Arkham Knight are the Line of Duty missions, where Batman is tasked with saving 15 fireman and then their chief.
• Becomes available after completing Mission 02 - Even The Odds. Objective: Locate and rescue missing members of the Station 17 fire crew. Apparently the fire team of Station 17 have all been abducted and scattered around Gotham. They can be spotted by using the screenshots provided or your detective vision to sp.
